From congress to night culture.
As the evening extension of an international congress, the afterparty transformed a cultural venue into a standalone hospitality setting for several hundred guests.
The concept deliberately moved away from a classic conference reception. Light, music, bar culture, spatial staging and curated hospitality came together into an atmosphere that felt more like a contemporary night out than an official programme point.
The venue itself became part of the experience, allowing guests to move from professional exchange into a more social, informal setting.
What emerged was a seamless transition from congress to night culture — energetic, atmospheric and built around connection.
