THE STORY
From congress to night culture.
Created as the evening extension of an international congress, the afterparty transformed a cultural venue into a distinct hospitality setting for several hundred guests.
The concept moved deliberately away from a conventional conference reception. Light, music, bar culture, spatial staging and curated hospitality were combined to create an atmosphere that felt more like a contemporary night out than an official programme item.
The venue itself became part of the experience, allowing guests to move from professional exchange into a more social and informal environment.
The result was a seamless transition from congress to night culture — energetic, atmospheric and designed around connection.
