THE STORY
XSC was developed as a contemporary alternative to the classic corporate Christmas party.
Instead of standardised event formats, the concept brings together distinctive venues, hospitality, food, music and atmosphere into company celebrations with a strong identity of their own.
Each edition is developed around its setting — from historic spaces to unexpected off-locations — bringing production, culinary direction and entertainment together into one coherent experience.
The result is a format that feels celebratory and elevated, without ever becoming formal or predictable.
